Overview: A high-impact, fast-moving station designed for rapid-fire events where time is tight. Provides a focused shooting window to capture core attendees during peak arrival hours without dragging out event logistics.

Overview: The sweet spot for mid-length events. Allows steady foot traffic flow, gives peak-hour crowds ample time to cycle through, and offers a comfortable buffer for short lulls between keynotes or scheduled break sessions.

THE ANCHOR Activation

 

Best For: Full-day multi-track conferences, large trade shows, expo halls, or all-day hiring expos.


Overview: A comprehensive, all-day anchor attraction for major events. Built to handle continuous multi-wave crowds throughout the day, providing dedicated throughput during registration, lunch rushes, and exhibition floor breaks.

3 Ways to Cover Your Corporate Activation Fee

1. Title Sponsor Model (Single Vendor):

Sell exclusive naming rights for the booth (e.g., "Headshot Station Presented by [Sponsor]") to a single primary partner for $1,200–$3,400. This fully covers your booking fee while giving the sponsor prime placement, guaranteed foot traffic, and exclusive access to attendee lead capture.


2. Multi-Vendor Cost Split:

Spread the activation cost across 2–4 non-competing vendors (e.g., $500–$1,000 each). In exchange, each vendor gets co-branded exposure on digital gallery delivery pages, promotional signage, and follow-up communications.


3. Sponsor Bidding / Auction

Open the headshot station up to competitive bidding among your event vendors. Because the headshot booth naturally creates the longest line and highest dwell time in the room, vendors will bid for the right to anchor the booth at their physical table.

 

SHARED-COST EVENT ACTIVATION

 

Designed for conferences, mixers, and networking events wanting to offer a high-value attendee perk at a fraction of the cost. The host covers a low $300 activation retainer for setup, travel, and space reservation, while individual attendees unlock discounted, studio-quality headshots on-site for just $35.
